About Corstorphine
Corstorphine today, is a large suberb
some 3 miles west of Edinburgh City Centre. Once a country village in it`s own right, it eventually was incorporated within the city`s boundaries as expansion took place between the wars.
The Local Nature Reserve of Corstorphine Hill provides an ideal habitat for wildlife, not to mention fantastic views of the city! The famous Edinburgh Zoo is located nearby. Local sports include rugby, athletics and golf.
Corstorphine has many local groups and organisations which you can check out on this site.
